Upper Two Easter Assembly
Upper Two performed a beautifully acted dramatization of Holy Week and the death and resurrection of Christ this morning, both to their parents and as part of our End of Term Assembly. The children worked hard to present their play, which featured the Last Supper, Jesus’ trial, death and resurrection and the reactions of his disciples and followers. The scenes portrayed, reminded us all that Easter brings us the hope of salvation, the forgiveness of sins, and the promise of eternal life through faith in Jesus.
PFA Easter Egg Hunt
A big thank you to our amazing PFA for organizing our annual Easter Egg hunt. The children were thrilled to see the return of the Easter Bunny and Chick. We’re hugely grateful to Mrs. Bell, Mrs. Christmas, and their team for making this event so special.
Easter Hat Parade – Pre-Prep and Infants
On Wednesday, the school was bursting with colour and the spirit of spring as the children from Infants and Pre-Prep took part in their annual Easter Hat Parade. We were truly amazed by the creativity and effort put into each entry. A winner was selected from each class by the housekeepers, but all the children were winners, and everyone went home with a packet of sweets.
Easter Raffle
A heartfelt thank you for your generous support of our Easter Raffle. All funds raised will go to Wipe Away Those Tears, a charity dedicated to granting wishes and bringing joy to terminally or seriously ill children in Essex. In addition to some fantastic prizes, we also offered some special experiences for the children to win. A group of children will have the opportunity to shadow staff members, and five lucky winners will enjoy tea with Mrs. Wilson.
