Upper Two followed up their trip to the Warner Bros. Studios on 8th January with their own school- based Harry Potter themed afternoon this week. We invited our year 6 friends from St Mary’s, Hare Park to join in the fun and a muggletastic time was had by all!
The afternoon started with each pupil being assigned their Hogwarts House by the sorting hat. From there the children took part in a host of wizard themed activities including coding, green screen photos, and craft. A selection of weird and wonderful science investigations was also on offer and the children had the opportunity to try their hand at making troll bogey slime, invisible messaging, magical self- inflating balloons, and mixing dragons’ liver oil with fizzing fozzbottlers.
